She also co-chairs the BECU digital accessibility Community of Practice. Carolyn Chesler supports BECU’s digital delivery teams with accessibility QA, education, and awareness. Since 2014, Carolyn has worked as an international consultant, performing cross-platform accessibility QA evaluation, WCAG 2.1 auditing, and conducting accessibility workshops for notable organizations including New Zealand’s Dept. of Internal Affairs and Fortune 500 companies. Wally Zielinski is a front-end engineer with over a decade of experience in creating digital experiences for the web. Holding the Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) certification, Wally believes in the power of community to drive progressive and equitable change. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he tackles disability justice with a deep understanding of inclusion and equity.
